Cambie Gardens

Building on a longstanding partnership with Arcadis Architects and Onni Group, LOCI has begun shaping the first of eight development parcels within the Cambie Gardens Master Plan. Situated at the southeast corner of Cambie and 59th Avenue, this high-density community reimagines the former Pearson Dogwood Lands as a hub for healthy urban living, with a core focus on health care, urban agriculture, and social interaction.
