LOCI completed a series of high-end amenity spaces for a prominent dual-tower development (market housing and rental) along downtown Vancouver’s busy Howe Street corridor. Working alongside Arcadis Architects and Onni Construction, the design team focused on creating an urban oasis. The resulting spaces offer residents and visitors a sophisticated reprieve and a sense of relaxation from the high-energy bustle of city life with serene and carefully curated amenity spaces.
